Qualifications

• 2+ years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with modeling.
• Ability to structure and communicate complex ideas in writing and slides.
• Self-directed with limited supervision.
• Collaborative and able to coach junior team members.
• Genuine interest in education, workforce, or social impact.

Responsibilities

• Size markets and map competitive dynamics across PreK-12, postsecondary, corporate learning, and workforce markets.
• Develop frameworks to answer strategic questions.
• Conduct qualitative interviews and original surveys to surface stakeholder needs.
• Synthesize research, sector data, and financial modeling into prioritized insights.
• Inform investment decisions through diligence and due diligence work.
