Job summary

Tyton Partners, a mission-driven strategy consulting firm focused on education, seeks a Senior Associate to lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across PreK-12, postsecondary, and professional learning markets. You’ll deliver market insights and strategic recommendations to clients, with hands-on research, data analysis, and client engagement.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, coach junior team members, and contribute to the firm’s growth while leveraging your strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of consulting or other analytical professional services experience.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint for client deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data synthesis.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple project workstreams, developing expertise to inform client strategy.
• Identify key data sources and conduct primary and secondary research.
• Develop hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Synthesize research into clear, actionable insights and client deliverables (PowerPoint, briefs).
• Engage directly with clients and deliver findings and recommendations.
• Coach junior team members to produce high-quality work.
• Contribute to firm development through internal networks and best practices.
