belif skincare seeks an Education Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in the NY, NY region. This field-based role has no fixed office and involves visiting retailers across the territory.

You will travel with a reliable car, visit stores such as Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's, and provide comprehensive product education to staff to boost belif sales.

Qualifications

• Experience building, training and delivering customer facing product demos and training programs.
• Manage daily, monthly, and seasonal tracking of retail performance in your territory, ensuring all reporting is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and drive sales across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's locations within your designated territory.
• Provide comprehensive product education and selling techniques to staff at Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's through regular store visits.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with leadership and associates at Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's, as well as account executives and staff from competing brands, to assess and enhance sales performance.
• Stay informed about trends within each business segment and key drivers affecting performance in the Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's landscape.
• Leverage connections to expand the belif brand presence, whether through additional retail partnerships, data acquisition, or a broader client base.
• Develop and grow client bases within core belif locations to boost sales.
• Coach store associates on their responsibilities to enhance sales performance.
• Train associates to improve productivity by developing their selling and customer service skills, and by organizing events and product demonstrations.
• Prepare materials for events and promotional programs to maximize sales impact.

Looking for a candidate for expansion of our brand portfolio, we are looking to maximize coverage in that market

Ideally, we would like our candidate to be able to easily travel to stores within a 50-mile radius of Manhattan.

Note: the new hire will be able to cover New Jersey and New York City doors and have a car to travel throughout the region.
