JTM Food Group is seeking a Director of Education Sales for the Southwest to lead regional sales efforts with education customers and brokers. You will drive growth by managing the full sales cycle, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with marketing and culinary teams.

The role requires strong relationship-building, forecasting, and product knowledge, including NSLP nutrition standards, USDA processes, and food products. Will travel heavily and report to the Sr.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical skills for sales forecasting and market analysis.
• Critical thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with education customers and brokers.
• Identify and quantify potential customers within the assigned region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closed sales.
• Assist in developing regional sales plans and forecasts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.
• Monitor progress toward annual sales targets and report regularly.
• Utilize QlikSense, JTM CRM, K12 tools to manage business.
• Collaborate with the K12 Bid Team on bid documents and opportunities.
• Manage broker teams to enhance J.T.M. presence and customer service.
• Understand NSLP nutrition standards and USDA processes for product placement.
• Attend regional/national conferences (SNA, ACDA).
• Travel 25–75% weekly.
