Education Resourcing Consultant

Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire

Salary: £27,500 per annum + bonus

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Working pattern: 5 days per week (1 day working from home)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Education Resourcing Consultant to join our team in Halifax.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys working with people and wants to play an important role in supporting schools and educational settings with their staffing needs.

The Role

As an Education Resourcing Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality candidates to support the recruitment needs of schools and educational establishments.

• Proactively sourcing and recruiting candidates for education-based roles.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
• Managing candidate registrations, interviews and compliance processes.
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies and opportunities.
• Supporting schools with their day-to-day staffing requirements.
• Maintaining an active candidate database and generating new leads.
• Making regular calls to candidates and clients to develop relationships.
• Working towards individual and team recruitment targets.
• Providing an excellent level of service to both candidates and clients.
