Calderdale Council is seeking an enthusiastic Outreach Officer (Cognition & Learning) to join the Specialist Inclusion Team. You will help ensure that children and young people with SEND access the right support, at the right time, in the right way across Calderdale.

This role involves working directly with children, families, schools and educational settings to promote inclusive practice and improve outcomes for cognition and learning needs.
