Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Considerable knowledge of career technical teacher industry credentialing.
• Experience observing and mentoring career and technical education teachers in classroom and lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate teacher support to newly hired career technical teachers in Ohio agencies.
• Provide classroom visits, mentoring, and reports several times a week.
• Develop and evaluate professional development opportunities and workshops.
