Job summary

Carnegie Learning, Inc. is seeking a Research Partner Facilitator to manage partnerships with school districts, schools, teachers, and students.

You will recruit districts, onboard partners, and guide relationships through research projects, ensuring compliance with district requirements and data-sharing arrangements. The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and the ability to work across teams to promote research methods and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three or more years of experience in education, customer success, or related setting.
• Experience in K-12 educational environments is a plus.
• Experience in research environments also a plus.
• Highly organized and strong project management skills.
• Ability to understand school and district infrastructure including technology environments and management.
• Strong people skills and ability to identify customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure successful research partnerships.
• Facilitate communication and support relationships with partners regarding participation and results.
• Maintain documentation of steps required for school district participation in studies.
• Identify partner needs and create recommendations and resources for project completion.
• Monitor engagement with partners and mitigate potential barriers to ongoing partnerships.
• Schedule and facilitate regular partnership meetings and develop action steps.
• Plan and schedule district site visits for research activities.
• Communicate with cross-team stakeholders within the company to align messaging.
• Stay informed of educational research trends and funding opportunities to guide development.
• Maintain partner profiles and collaborate across departments for customer-centered experiences.
