Job summary

Carnegie Learning, Inc. is seeking a Manager of School Partnerships to be a field-based partner connecting educators with Carnegie Learning products and effective classroom practice.

This 220-day assignment reports to the Director of Professional Learning and follows a content-specific focus (Math, ELA, or World Languages). The role blends coaching, workshop delivery, and data-informed support, working across schools and districts to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (content-specific).
• 5+ years Mathematics classroom teaching experience.
• Must be located near a major airport.
• Experience with Carnegie Learning resources: 3+ years of classroom experience.
• Experience facilitating professional learning workshops.
• Cognitive Coaching (or equivalent) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building and sustaining partnerships with teachers, building- and district-level leaders, and instructional coaches.
• Communicating regularly with leaders at multiple levels to ensure transparency and capacity.
• Identifying risks and developing action plans, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Collaboratively setting partnership goals and tracking progress with data.
• Participating in partnership meetings to discuss implementation data and next steps.
• Facilitating engaging professional learning workshops centered on Carnegie Learning products and best practices.
• Delivering coaching cycles, demonstration lessons, co-teaching, lesson planning, and PLC facilitation.
• Refining learning experiences to meet partner needs and upholding core values in all interactions.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, logs, and deliverables.
• Growing professionally in adult learning theory and related fields.
