Job summary

Carnegie Learning, Inc. seeks a Manager of School Partnerships to connect educators with Carnegie Learning products and effective classroom practice.

This field-based role acts as a coach, facilitator, and ambassador, modeling best practices and supporting implementation to help teachers experience value and improve student learning. The School Year MSP role is a 220-day assignment reporting to the Director of Professional Learning in your region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years Mathematics classroom teaching experience.
• Ability to build partnerships with teachers, leaders, and coaches.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain partnerships with teachers, building- and district-level leaders, and instructional coaches.
• Communicate with leaders to ensure transparency and capacity building.
• Identify risks and develop action plans; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Set partnership goals and track progress using data.
• Facilitate professional learning workshops and coaching cycles.
