Job summary

Huron is seeking a Higher Education Consulting Sr. Associate/Associate in Research Security Compliance in the United States to lead project work streams for institutional governance and compliance.

You will collaborate with university and healthcare leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive sustainable research security administration transformation and practices. Role involves leading projects, leveraging Huron methodologies, and working with client staff across multiple

Qualifications

• Current U.S. work authorization required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, Healthcare, or relevant work experience.
• Direct experience working in a research security and/or export control office or function of a university, hospital, or research institute.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: Export Compliance Professional (ECoP) certification.

The estimated base salary for this job is 100,000- $145,000 The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $115,000 - $166,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
