Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate in Research Security Compliance to lead project work streams implementing governance and compliance solutions for higher education and healthcare clients.

You will collaborate with university and clinical leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness, drive research security administration transformation, and deliver sustainable compliance practices across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. work authorization required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, Healthcare, or relevant work experience.
• Direct experience in a research security and/or export control office or function of a university, hospital, or research institute.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred

• Export Compliance Professional (ECoP®) certification preferred
• Experience in secure research, conflicts of interest, conflicts of commitment, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance
• Previous consulting experience

The estimated base salary for this job is 100,000- $145,000 The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $115,000 - $166,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
