Job summary

AUSL, the Academy for Urban School Leadership, is seeking an outcomes-oriented Recruiter to drive recruitment across district partnerships and our residency program. You will guide candidates from outreach through orientation, coach them through admissions, and ensure a strong, diverse applicant pool in collaboration with the Admissions team.

Responsibilities include hosting information sessions, attending career fairs, and leveraging Slate for tracking.

Qualifications

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment metrics.
At least 3 years of professional work experience, including 1 year in high-volume recruiting.
Excellent written and verbal communication across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
Commitment to educational equity and AUSL's mission and values.
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Slate, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with prospective candidates through outreach, events, and online sessions.
Guide candidates from initial contact through application and orientation.
Source talent through partnerships and digital channels to build a diverse pipeline.
Track candidate progress and analyze recruitment data to meet goals.
