Job summary

Risepoint seeks an Education Recruiter to expand access to affordable, career-focused online degree programs. You will build relationships in local communities, promote workforce-aligned programs with NWMSU, and represent Risepoint with university partners.

The role requires 75% domestic travel and a remote work arrangement. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or healthcare and strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of sales or healthcare-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with self-motivation to hit KPIs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and CRM/Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Market online advanced degree programs offered by NWMSU to hospitals and community colleges in Missouri.
• Develop and manage a territory to increase brand awareness and interest in the state.
• Meet monthly lead, application, and enrollment goals through 15 recruiting events each month.
• Attend regional/state conferences to network with administrators and generate leads.
• Meet hospital leaders to establish partnerships for recruitment sessions across facilities.
• Roll out marketing campaigns and form new partnerships to expand the territory.
• Use social media to expand recruiting efforts and promote program offerings.
• Stay informed on regional and national programmatic trends and share with stakeholders.
• Attend conferences and recruitment events to promote program information.
