Role Overview

Are you passionate about organizing and optimizing educational content? Do you love making high-quality learning experiences more accessible? Everfit Academy is looking for an Educational Project Manager to help us build the future of fitness education!

You’ll help structure and manage our growing library of courses and webinars, support outreach to industry experts, and track user engagement to improve learning experiences. Working within our custom Learning Management System (LMS), you’ll ensure content is engaging, organized, and easy to navigate.

Key Responsibilities

Content Organization & Management

• Assist in managing and organizing the Everfit Academy content library, ensuring materials are structured and accessible.
• Support content updates & organization within the Learning Management System (LMS) for ease of navigation.
• Research and assist with outreach to subject matter experts and education partners.
• Help coordinate guest educator contributions and content integration.
• Track user engagement metrics (e.g., enrollments, completion rates, feedback) and summarize insights.
• Collect and compile user feedback through surveys and reviews to help identify areas for content improvement.
• Assist in implementing engagement strategies, such as automated reminders and personalized recommendations, to increase course completion rates.

Marketing & Promotion Support

• Work with marketing and design teams to promote Academy content and create engaging visuals.
• Assist in distributing new content across Everfit’s platforms to maximize visibility.

Key Requirements

• Content management experience – Ability to organize, format, and update educational materials within a structured system.
• Experience in online education or instructional content development – Prior work in e-learning platforms, course development, instructional design, content curation, or education technology.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills – Capable of managing multiple content projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution of content workflows.
• Attention to detail – Ensures content accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting across the Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong written communication – Able to draft outreach emails, summarize content, and assist in creating Everfit Academy’s monthly newsletter.
• Collaboration & teamwork – Comfortable working closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners.
• Location:This is a remote-first role open to candidates in the USA or Canada, preferably near a major city or the West Coast for easier travel. Occasional in-person collaboration is expected, with team meetups in San Francisco approximately once per quarter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with content editing tools – Experience with platforms like Canva, Notion, or other similar software.
• Knowledge of email or marketing tools – Ability to support content promotion efforts (e.g., newsletters, social media, content updates).
• Familiarity with data analysis – Ability to interpret engagement metrics (e.g., enrollments, completion rates, user feedback) to inform content decisions.
• Ability to structure educational content – Skilled in organizing course materials and presenting information in a clear, logical, and engaging format.
• Knowledge of health and fitness – Experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industry, or a strong understanding of key concepts relevant to fitness professionals.
