Job summary

Our Education team designs programs and manages projects from planning through construction, working across multiple campuses on complex infrastructure and labs.

The role supports project managers, handles documentation, and coordinates meetings and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a similar role or position in construction.
• BS/BA Degree in construction, engineering, or architecture. Four years of additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum years stated above may be substituted for the required education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and SharePoint.
• Experience using BlueBeam and Adobe software for document reviews/mark-ups.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions.
• Effectively manage daily work effort.
• Good communication skills verbal and writing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager ensuring that the project stays on time and within budget.
• Responsible for administrative and technical oversight on project site.
• Responsible for the preparation, editing and/or distribution of project specific project status reports to the owner.
• Responsible for oversight for adherence to cost and schedule.
• Responsible for identification of work for consistency with plans & specifications and contract documents.
• Responsible for the preparation and editing of various project documents and reports
• Develop and distribute timely meeting agendas and minutes
• Assist with the resolution of project matters/issues.
• Assist with the management of documentation, document control and filing, meeting agendas and minutes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, reporting, and progress payments
• Works under the supervision of the Project/Construction Manager.
