Job summary

You will collaborate with project managers, schedulers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost coding, change orders, and monthly progress reviews, contributing to on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years professional experience in program and/or project controls on a construction program.
• Knowledge of cost/schedule management, earned value management, change management, forecasting, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the project budget and forecast per SOP.
• Participate in EAC meetings and justify variances.
• Support cost coding, budget verification, and change orders.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
