The Oregon Department of Corrections is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to manage and expand educational and vocational programming within a DOC facility in Wilsonville. You will build partnerships with community colleges, coordinate scheduling, assist Adults in Custody with applications and FAFSA, and pursue grant funding to enhance services.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a related field, or three years of technical-level experience in a similar area.
• Experience demonstrating capacity for coordinating programs, partnerships, and education services.
• Commitment to educational access in a correctional setting and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate educational and vocational programming within a DOC facility.
• Build partnerships with community colleges, volunteers, staff, and agency leadership.
• Oversee scheduling, classroom space, resource allocation, and program expenses.
• Assist AICs with program applications, FAFSA guidance, and enrollment.
• Pursue grant funding and recruit educational volunteers.
