The Oregon Department of Corrections is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to coordinate educational and vocational programming within a DOC facility in Wilsonville. You will serve as a key link between community colleges, facility staff, educational volunteers, and agency leadership to expand access to programs for Adults in Custody (AICs).

This role includes grant pursuits, recruiting volunteers, and ensuring smooth operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience/education.
• Experience coordinating educational programming within an institutional setting is preferred.
• Ability to establish partnerships with colleges, staff, volunteers, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate educational and vocational programming within a DOC facility.
• Build partnerships with community colleges, facility staff, volunteers, and agency leadership.
• Assist Adults in Custody (AICs) with accessing educational opportunities, including FAFSA and enrollment.
• Oversee scheduling, space, resources, and program expenses; monitor program effectiveness.
