Job summary

Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) is hiring for an Education and Career Services role in New York City. The position supports youth and community members through career readiness training, partnerships with diverse worksites, and collaborative program delivery.

You will facilitate workshops, build new collaborations, and help coordinate placements for SYEP/WLG programs while traveling to worksites as needed. A Bachelor's degree and two years’ relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with youth and/or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between CPC and worksites/industry partners.
• Follow up with existing worksites to ensure continued participation.
• Develop new partnerships with a variety of sectors and industries.
• Conduct and facilitate work readiness training and program orientation.
• Support SYEP and WLG programs across three locations.
