Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated through materials and interview process.
• Experience in marketing, enrollment strategy, or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and Enrollment Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans, materials, and enrollment targets.
• Program Management and Delivery: Manage lifecycle of education programs, including logistics and communications.
• Program and Business Development: Lead development of proposals, analyze markets, manage revenue pipelines.
• Data, Evaluation, and Budget: Monitor performance, create dashboards, maintain budgets and cost centers.
