Job summary

Ohio State University’s CTSI seeks an Education Program Specialist 3 to coordinate and evaluate investigator career development programs for graduate students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty. Reporting to the Associate Director for Investigator Development, the role ensures timely communication and quality remote and in-person workshops and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and promotion of recurring educational series, workshops, and events.
• Support NIH and institutional training grants and compliance.
• Maintain and analyze surveys, IDPs, mentoring plans, and program milestones.
• Collaborate with CTSI leadership to drive program improvements.

Education
