Job summary

Saga Education is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of tutoring programs at the school level. You will lead and coach Tutors and Site Coordinators across multiple program models to ensure high-quality, consistent program delivery.

You will maintain program fidelity, facilitate professional development, and build strong partnerships with school stakeholders while driving student outcomes and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in school-based or instructional leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of high school mathematics (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II).
• Experience supporting student learning in historically underserved communities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with experience leading teams or projects.
• Ability to travel as required (daily city-based travel; cross-state travel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of tutoring programs at the school level within Saga’s Progressive Services Approach.
• Lead and coach Tutors and Site Coordinators across multiple program models.
• Ensure program fidelity, professional development, and partnerships with school stakeholders.
• Manage site budgets and coordinate partner-facing projects for new and existing programs.
• Monitor data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive program outcomes.
