Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) is seeking an Education Coordinator to implement a developmentally and culturally appropriate education program in compliance with Agency policies and Head Start Performance Standards. You will observe classrooms, maintain records, guide staff, and coordinate trainings across multiple program areas to support children and families statewide.

The role requires a BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (or equivalent with Oregon Registry

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or equivalent with Oregon Registry Step 10+
• Minimum 2 years related experience; supervision/mentoring preferred
• Experience aligning with Head Start Performance Standards
• Ability to train staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Observe classrooms for developmentally appropriate practices and required materials
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for classroom monitoring
• Provide feedback and guidance to staff to ensure compliance
• Coordinate screenings, training, and collaboration across teams
• Support transition activities and family engagement
