Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital seeks an Education Programs Coordinator to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate education activities across the hospital and its subsidiaries. You'll collaborate with clinical, research, administrative, and community partners to support program development and fiscal management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of English language, grammar and spelling.
• Experience in interdisciplinary program planning and coordination.
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights for program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of education programs and recommend new programs based on evaluation and needs assessment.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leaders to increase visibility of education programs and maintain current information online.
• Coordinate evaluation of education programs and track improvements with data analysis.
• Manage files and databases, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Plan meetings and manage operations and expenses for assigned cost centers, supporting ongoing professional development.
