Job summary

Grace Farms Foundation in New Canaan, CT is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeping staff member to maintain offices, kitchens, restrooms, and public areas. You will support events, respond to requests, and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards.

Candidates should have at least one year of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift 25 lbs and work evenings for events. Competitive benefits and PTO included.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Able to push/pull carts and frequent walking, standing, and sitting.
  • Use proper body mechanics and follow safety procedures.
  • Operate cleaning equipment (mops, brooms, vacuums) safely.
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining professionalism with visitors and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to work evenings for special events when needed.
  • English communication skills required.

Compensation range:$20 - $22
