Job summary

MCW is seeking a program coordinator to support department education initiatives under close supervision. The role entails scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education records, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

The position involves coordinating with faculty, administrators, and national organizations, developing materials, and maintaining databases to track activities. Bachelor's degree and at least three years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute on an equivalent basis.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating educational programs or related activities.
• Knowledge of accreditation, board and institutional requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department educational program(s) by scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines.
• Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g., educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation).
• Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements; coordinate activities to ensure full compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
• Develop and maintain databases to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution and programs.
