Job summary

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah Spencer F. Eccles School of Medicine is seeking a Program Education Manager to support operations within the Pediatric Education Enterprise.

This role manages program operations and support staff, evaluates workflows, and identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating with division fellowship directors, trainees, the GME Office, and Primary Children’s Hospital, you will help ensure program success

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years of progressive management experience.
Experience coordinating educational programs and GME activities preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills to support accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

Manages day‑to‑day program operations and staff under supervision.
Coordinates with program directors, housestaff, and GME Office on policies and schedules.
Maintains records, rotation goals, and evaluation processes across sites.
