As our Education Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of two offline learning centers in the New York area. You’ll blend strategic program design with hands-on operational leadership to ensure every student enjoys a safe, engaging, and high-quality educational experience.
Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Student Experience
- Oversee daily operations of two learning centers, ensuring a safe, engaging, and academically rigorous environment.
- Design and refine educational programs to attract and retain students, aligning with market demand and organizational goals.
- Monitor student satisfaction and progress, implementing improvements to boost retention and referrals.
Business Growth & Student Recruitment
- Collaborate closely with BD and Sales teams to develop and execute strategies for student recruitment, enrollment growth, and community outreach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for program expansion or new offerings.
- Track and report on KPIs, including student enrollment numbers, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Support sales initiatives by providing program insights, success stories, and data to enhance marketing collateral.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with BD/Sales to align program offerings with customer needs and promotional campaigns (e.g., open houses, trial classes).
- Work with the curriculum team to ensure programs are competitively differentiated and market-ready.
- Coordinate with marketing to amplify local brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Develop and manage center budgets, optimizing resource allocation (staff, materials) to balance quality and cost efficiency.
- Forecast enrollment trends and adjust staffing/resources to meet demand.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners to strengthen enrollment pipelines.
- Communicate program value propositions and student outcomes to stakeholders in English and Chinese.
- Recruit, train, and mentor center staff to deliver exceptional service and meet recruitment/retention goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, linking team performance to student recruitment and satisfaction metrics.
- Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with LingoAce's mission.
- Manage projects related to curriculum design, ensuring they meet quality standards and learner needs.
- Oversee change management initiatives to enhance teaching methodologies and student engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into educational practices.
- Analyze program effectiveness through root cause analysis and implement improvements as necessary.
- Ensure timely project delivery while managing resources effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in education program management, with exposure to sales, business development, or growth initiatives.
- Proven success in meeting KPIs (e.g., student enrollment, revenue targets) in educational or similar settings.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across BD, Sales, and Marketing teams.
