Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis is seeking a Program Manager to ensure program operations run smoothly, supporting volunteers, educators, and partners. You will act as a connector—combining relationship-building with logistics expertise to keep our missions on track.

You will manage scheduling, trainings, data collection for grants, and deliver strong customer service while growing our volunteer network and ensuring program quality across activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, project management, volunteer coordination, sales, or development.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.
  • Comfortable working with diverse groups.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Keep program quality high by communicating clearly, visiting classrooms, sharing updates, and using evaluation tools
  • Grow and strengthen our volunteer and partner community
  • Lead creative recruitment and retention strategies that bring in great volunteers and keep them coming back
  • Manage the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our programs run (scheduling, logistics, delivery models, you name it)
  • Host in-person or virtual trainings that leave volunteers feeling confident and excited
  • Keep our database organized and up-to-date
  • Gather stories, data, and insights to help in meetings, grants, and reports
  • Deliver top-tier customer service to everyone who interacts with our programs
