Job summary

The Source is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our education program. You will develop curriculum, train and supervise Health Educators, and build strong community partnerships in a Christ-centered mission.

You will oversee administrative functions, schedule teaching assignments, and collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure quality programming and grant-aligned activities in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in education, nursing, social sciences, or another relevant field.
• Experience in youth development, training, public speaking, program management, and nonprofit leadership preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the education program, including scheduling Health Educators and coordinating with the Clinic Director.
• Schedule presentations at schools and community groups with local contacts.
• Create and manage training calendar, materials, and supplies.
