As Customer Education Product Manager, you will design scalable learning experiences for Tax, Audit, and Advisory. You’ll lead a lean team, drive outcomes, and partner with product to connect education data to business impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building or scaling a customer education or technical enablement program at a modern SaaS or AI company.
• Experience running content operations: produce high‑quality content efficiently and keep it current.
• Proven ability to evolve a program from live‑training‑only to a hybrid model of self‑paced digital learning and live workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the Academy as a product: strategy, roadmap, content operations, and outcomes
• Build best‑in‑class digital learning experiences: role‑based paths across CAS, Tax, Audit, and Advisory
• Design the "Basis Certified" credential ladder: define expert level and certification that matters
• Build for scale: translate high‑touch training into scalable, on‑demand courses and simulations
• Drive CPE accreditation: work toward Continuing Professional Education credits
• Build the content operations machine: produce high‑quality content efficiently and keep it current
• Hire and lead a lean, high‑output team of instructional designers and content producers
• Instrument the program end‑to‑end: connect learning data to product adoption and outcomes
