Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a highly skilled platform administrator to own the end-to-end administration, configuration, and optimization of our global professional development learning ecosystem.

In this role, you will ensure seamless operations, data integrity, and system connectivity across core learning platforms, bridging learning experience design with learning infrastructure and enabling content program managers to upload new learning paths and labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with third-party vendors, defining business requirements, managing agreements, API/LTI integrations.
• Experience administering learning platform management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the learning management system, credentialing infrastructure, and registration platforms, enabling content program managers to upload new learning paths and labs.
• Maintain API connections, collaborate with engineers on feature releases and bugs, and ensure data security compliance.
• Automate cross-platform dashboards and provide weekly/monthly data reports to measure program efficacy.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues.
