Responsibilities

• Support high school student recruitment and retention for fall, spring, and summer iterations of the Educational Pipeline Program.
• Chaperone four fall career exposure events at Penn; travel with and supervise students during spring sessions on campus (14 sessions, January–April).
• Help with classroom management during fall and spring sessions.
• Provide feedback about the curriculum and instruction to Penn Partners during the spring Educational Pipeline Program.
• Attend meetings as needed with Netter Center staff.
• Report task completion and program updates to the Netter Center's Health Careers Coordinator.
• Ensure student engagement and remind students about upcoming Pipeline sessions.
