Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Program Coordinator I within the Center for Educational Excellence & Innovation (CEEI). The role supports PDE education programs, engages faculty and learners, and coordinates calendars, logistics, and records.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and standard office technologies.
• Experience supporting virtual meetings and educational events preferred.
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across the PDE portfolio.
• Support planning, implementation, and administration of PDE programs and initiatives.
• Maintain planning resources, materials, and documentation for efficiency and accreditation.
• Track activities, timelines, and follow-ups for successful execution.
• Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual educational programs, workshops, and events.
• Manage scheduling, registrations, communications, and materials for offerings.
• Draft communications, updates, and promotional materials for PDE offerings.
• Assist with evaluation and reporting to support program assessment.
• Collaborate with educators, faculty, and stakeholders to support PDE initiatives.
• Provide admin and project support for broader CEEI initiatives and specials.
