• Strong telephone, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Above average digital literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
• Online research experience and proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide daily partner support by responding to sales leads and partner inquiries.
• Keep the Portfolio and Marketing Managers updated on market needs and trends.
• Maintain Salesforce data entry and generate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with business development to target and exceed regional sales goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth with partners and funding sources.
• Develop an account management plan for the region and review with leadership.
• Hold partner business reviews to increase territory revenue performance.
• Identify selling opportunities with channel partners for ed2go programs.
• Exceed regional revenue and KPI goals.
• Track market trends in vocational, professional and personal development education.
• Lead existing accounts and solicit marketing and funding opportunities.
• Travel to key accounts and attend national conferences as required.
