Job summary

Academics West is seeking a full-time Outreach Specialist to promote the Brooklyn campus. The role involves engaging with professionals, organizations, and families to raise awareness of our programs that support students from 1st through 12th grade.

You will report to the Marketing Director and Head of School, coordinate events, conduct campus tours, and drive community outreach while tracking outcomes and data to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent social skills and communication ability.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• Interest or experience in Education or Mental Health.

Responsibilities

• Network with outside professionals and organizations to discuss collaboration.
• Confidently speak about programs and services.
• Annual planning of marketing and outreach events.
• Give tours of our facility.
• Communicate with families at local events to gain prospective students.
• Schedule small dinner gatherings.
• Plan large events promoting our models of intervention.
• Attend conferences.
• Support social media marketing.
• Work on email newsletters and campaigns.
• Support Community Lecture Series.
• Collect and report on data on outcomes of outreach.
