Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant customer-facing or higher education experience.
• Preferred: degree in education, marketing, or service operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead meetings with internal and external partners for UVA|Northern Virginia facilities.
• Develop proposals and contracts with clients for services.
• Communicate with clients in verbal and written form.
• Arrange space requests, catering, and client-specific needs with facilities teams.
• Collaborate with internal teammates in a dynamic unit with changing roles.
• Provide customer service and problem-solving to meet client requests.
• Take accountability for all aspects of program delivery.
