Job summary

The Education Coordinator at American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund (AFM-EPF) supports education and outreach for participants, locals, and employers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at moderating sessions, and able to manage logistics, timelines, materials, and follow-up with care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, human resources, public administration, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support educational sessions for participants, locals, employers, and staff, including scheduling, registration, materials preparation, logistics, delivery support, and follow-up.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop presentations, facilitator guides, talking points, FAQs, job aids, reference guides, and other learning resources that explain Fund policies clearly.
• Maintain and update educational content to reflect current Fund information and priorities.
• Coordinate presenter preparation, briefing materials, and schedules to ensure organized, accurate delivery.
• Support webinars, seminars, meetings, and other learning events, including attendee access, tech setup, materials distribution, and attendance tracking.
• Collect and summarize attendance data, feedback, and stakeholder input to identify education needs and improvements.
• Evaluate programming and propose practical enhancements to content and delivery methods.
• Serve as coordination point among internal departments, locals, employers, and stakeholders to align education with updates and needs.
• Maintain organized records of materials, schedules, attendance, feedback, and related documentation.
