Job summary

OFG Education is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team in Yiewsley Grange, with base at Yiewsley Grange and occasional support at other Hillingdon Granges sites. You will deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions to students, focusing on independence and well-being within an education setting.

We value CPD and provide a £2,000 training allowance after probation, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
• HCPC registration up to date.
• RCOT registered member.
• Experience in education-based OT services.
• Experience with neurodivergent pupils or SEMH needs.
• Strong OT theory and practice for independence.
• Experience of multi-professional teamwork.
• Ability to work independently in a school.
• Clear report writing skills.
• Interest in sensory integration (SI training preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hold an occupational therapy caseload with supervision.
• Deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions for students.
• Collaborate with education teams and SI-informed practice.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation.
• Support development of student independence.
