Job summary

OFG Education seeks an Occupational Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Bricklehurst Manor School, delivering bespoke OT assessment and intervention to students. You will work with the education team to foster independence and support neurodiverse or SEMH needs, following OFG Ways of Working.

You'll manage a caseload with supervision, participate in staff training, and contribute to safeguarding and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy (required).
• Valid HCPC registration.
• Registered member of RCOT (membership preferred).
• Experience delivering OT in education or similar settings is preferable.
• Interest in sensory integration is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to students.
• Collaborate with education teams to support independence and SEMH/neurological needs.
• Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervision and contribute to staff training.
