Job summary
OFG Education's Manor House School in West Sussex seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for students aged 5–18, collaborating with education teams to support development and independence. You will join a multidisciplinary clinical team, work within professional standards, hold a caseload, and contribute to staff training, CPD, and safeguarding.
A £2,000 CPD allowance and a £3,000 Welcome Bonus are provided.
Qualifications
- Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
- Valid and up-to-date HCPC registration.
- Registered member of RCOT.
- Experience providing OT services in a similar setting.
- Experience with neurodivergent individuals and/or SEMH needs.
- Sound OT theory knowledge and application to independence.
- Experience working in a multi-professional team.
- Ability to work independently, with flexibility and confidence.
- Clear and concise report writing skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
- Interest in sensory integration practice (training in progress or completed).
Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke occupational therapy assessment and intervention for students.
- Collaborate with education teams to support independence and development.
- Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervision and site lead support.
- Contribute to staff training and professional consultation as required.
