Job summary

OFG Education is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team. You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention to students, working with education staff to support independence within an education setting.

You will hold a caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training, safeguarding, and continuous professional development. The role offers a full-time, permanent arrangement with a competitive salary and bonus options.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
• HCPC registration valid and up to date.
• RCOT membership.
• Experience in providing OT services in a school/education setting preferred.
• Experience with neurodivergent students or SEMH needs.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Interest in sensory integration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to students.
• Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervisor support.
• Collaborate with education teams and participate in training.
• Contribute to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
• Assist with staff training and consultation as required.
