Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join the Operations Excellence Team. This role bridges IT, curriculum, programming, and operations to elevate school performance across regions and support franchisees with best-practice rollouts.

Based in one of four regions (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West), you will partner with Regional Directors, develop deployment plans, and provide data analytics to drive informed decisions and protect the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, with at least 3 years franchising experience such as consulting, franchise development or operations support.
• Experience leading moderate to highly complex projects (scope, timeline, resources) or project management.
• Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures, or methods.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Develops content, implementation, communication, and sustainment plans for assigned projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Leads multiple tracks of work, sets direction, and coaches partners to achieve results with clear timelines.
• Collects project feedback and information to identify problems to solve and optimize performance.
• Collaborates across departments to support and influence decisions on strategic initiatives and protect The Goddard School brand.
