Job summary

The Office of the Maricopa County School Superintendent is seeking a Learning Acceleration Partnership Media Specialist to design and produce communications and professional learning materials for partner districts and schools. You will gather requirements, redesign resources, and create engaging infographics and multi-media resources to support high-quality programming.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the grant team, involvement in social media content planning, and hands-on design work

Qualifications

• Two years professional experience using graphic design tools to create communications/professional materials.
• A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, plans, designs, and produces a broad spectrum of communication and professional development materials.
• Gathers requirements and designs resources for digital and printed applications (workbooks, slide decks, brochures, infographics, data tables).
• Re-design existing resources for aesthetic appeal and accessibility.
• Facilitate feedback loops throughout the production process to ensure quality.
• Create graphics for use in social media formats and multi-media resources.
• Manage inventory of equipment and order materials as needed.
