Chileda Institute Inc. is seeking an Education Manager to lead a day school for students with cognitive and behavioral needs.

You will supervise staff, oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and align instruction with IEP goals to deliver an outstanding educational experience. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of supervision or teaching, ABA knowledge preferred, and the ability to obtain a Wisconsin administrator license within three years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in supervision or teaching.
• Knowledge of ABA; two years teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Wisconsin administrator license within three years.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-building.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite; able to learn systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing effective leadership to the team through training and feedback.
• Facilitate collaboration between teachers and behavior services.
• Train classroom teachers to teach in a multi-department environment.
• Provide consultation and action plans to meet student needs.
• Manage scheduling for the education department and create daily schedules.
• Maintain staff tracking for classrooms and ensure daily coverage.
• Coordinate community outings with program staff.
• Ensure staff complete Incident Reports and reporting documents.
• Stay current on Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Planning and lead during emergencies.
• Develop daily staff assignments and supervise campus staff during shifts.
• Perform frequent rounds to supervise staff and students.
• Complete shift exit reports with census and incidents.
• Communicate serious incidents to appropriate staff immediately.
• Monitor care and treatment fidelity and provide feedback per policy.
• Report broken items and act as back-up for other functions.
• Collaborate with leadership and teachers to assist in breaks.
• All other duties as assigned.
