• Research applicable law, regulations and guidance and draft legal opinions and regulations.
• Oversee relevant litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Advise on educator licensure matters and labor/employment law.
• Provide technical assistance to school administrators and other constituents.
• Participate in agency and external committees and task forces.
