Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in education law
• Experience with special education matters preferred

• Familiarity with proceedings before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) is a plus
• Knowledge of employment law matters preferred
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission or ability to waive in

Salary Range: $110K-$165K | Bonus Eligible

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday Exempt

Required: 2+ years of experience practicing education law
