Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent school districts, charter schools, and educational institutions in special education and student-related matters.
• Attend due process hearings, appeals, mediations, and related proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, settlement agreements, and memoranda.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal and state education laws and evolving regulations.
• Prepare witnesses and manage witness interviews; attend board meetings and administrative proceedings.
• Manage multiple active matters with responsive client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys across education and litigation matters as needed.
