Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and ensures food is served at correct temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards; cleans as required and stores food properly.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs and safety concerns to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
